Confidentiality

All customers details are treated with the utmost of confidentiality. A record of your order will be retained for 2 years in accordance with the PSI guidelines.

Order Processing

You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase medicines online at www.pharmacyhub.ie. By purchasing products online, you agree to adhere to the pharmacyHUB terms and conditions.

All orders are reviewed by a pharmacist prior to supply and the pharmacist may contact you to discuss your order in further detail, before dispatching products.

Once you have selected all the products on the pharmacyHUB website you will be brought through the secure checkout area where you will be required to provide details in order to complete the order.

Once the transaction is approved by the processing bank, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event a product you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you by email setting out when the product will be in stock and shipped. Please note all products are shipped immediately once they are in stock.

Please note we reserve the right to amend pricing on the pharmacyHUB website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage from the pharmacyHUB website.

Pharmacist Advice

If you require the advice of the pharmacist in advance of purchasing a product, please email [email protected] with your query including your contact details and a member of the team will contact you.  

Contract

Please note a contract will only exist between you and pharmacyHUB once payment has been received, the Pharmacist has spoken with the patient and approved the order and you have received an email confirming your order with a dispatch date of your product.
