pharmacyHUB have a 14 day return policy. This allows any customer to return a purchased product with their receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Products that have been used or open will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition (unused, with original labels and in its original packaging). You will also need the receipt/proof of purchase for the product/order sheet.

To start a return, you must email [email protected] within 14 days of purchasing the product.

This email should include your receipt/order number, date of purchase, product purchased, a full description for the reason for your return including any images you have of the product and your contact details.

If your return is accepted, pharmacyHUB will send you instructions on how to return the produce and it will also provide a return shipping label. Alternatively, you may decide to attend pharmacyHUB with the product to discuss with a staff member.

All products should be returned to pharmacyHUB, Unit 1 Barrack Street, Roachpond, Kilkenny.

Please note products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you return a product after the 14 day time period, pharmacyHUB reserves the right not to offer you a refund in full.

Please note pharmacyHUB does not refund the postage charges on returns and it does not offer a collection service. We recommend that the delivery partner you use to return the product gives you a proof of posting/receipt, as until it is received by pharmacyHUB, the product remains your responsibility.

This refund policy does not affect customers statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged products.

In the unlikely event your product is damaged in transit, pharmacyHUB will replace your items on receipt of receiving the damaged product. You must notify pharmacyHUB within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product.

Upon receipt of your product, you should inspect the product and contact pharmacyHUB immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product.

Non returnable items

For health and hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical and personal care products. Please note certain types of products cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.


In the event of a product being damaged or faulty, if you attend the pharmacyHUB store a member of the team will facilitate any exchanges if required.

Processing of refunds

Once the product has been received by pharmacyHUB and has passed the inspection by the staff member, the pharmacyHUB team will advise you if the product is accepted as a return. In the case the product is accepted as a return, the pharmacyHUB team will endeavour to process a refund in a timely manner.
